SummitEdge Group, LLC means SummitEdge Group, LLC, together with its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, divisions, brands, and authorized service providers where applicable.
You or User means any individual, customer, client, member, visitor, organization, representative, or other person accessing or using a SummitEdge Service.
Services includes any combination of digital content, education, courses, free memberships, paid memberships, consulting, operational support, security support, transportation and logistics support, medical-support coordination, workforce support, hospitality, digital tools, worksheets, calculators, templates, reports, guides, resources, applications, and related offerings provided by SummitEdge.

Educational content provided by SummitEdge, The SummitEdge Club, C3, C3 VAULT, 3P, D1, and D1 FORGE is provided for informational and educational purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, blockchain-based assets, and other digital instruments, may be highly volatile and speculative.

C3 VAULT is an educational membership, not an investment-advisory service. Membership, research, commentary, educational frameworks, market observations, or other VAULT content should not be interpreted as individualized investment advice or a directive to enter or exit a particular position.

D1 Identity & Personal Discipline and D1 FORGE provide educational frameworks, content, training, reflection tools, worksheets, challenges, and resources related to identity, discipline, accountability, clarity, readiness, execution, standards, leadership, relationships, and personal development.
These Services are not psychological treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare services.
FORGE worksheets and reflection tools are intended to support personal reflection and structured thinking. They should not be used as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional assistance.
SummitEdge does not guarantee personal, professional, leadership, relationship, health, financial, or performance outcomes resulting from D1 or FORGE participation.

3P Leadership & Performance provides educational, leadership-development, organizational, performance, and consulting resources.
Leadership frameworks, assessments, examples, exercises, and recommendations are intended to support decision-making and development but do not guarantee improvements in business performance, employee behavior, retention, profitability, organizational culture, or other outcomes.
Organizations remain responsible for their own employment decisions, policies, compliance, management actions, and operational decisions.

Security + Operational Services.
SummitEdge may provide or coordinate operational support services including security, workforce accountability, transportation, logistics, medical-support coordination, hospitality, workforce lodging, base-camp support, procurement, planning, risk assessment, incident-support functions, and related services.
Specific responsibilities, staffing levels, services, schedules, capabilities, resources, insurance requirements, client obligations, performance standards, and limitations are established by the applicable contract, proposal, work order, statement of work, purchase order, or other written agreement.
Website descriptions are not deployment guarantees. A capability described on the SummitEdge website does not guarantee that a specific person, vehicle, medical resource, security capability, lodging asset, equipment item, subcontractor, or other resource is immediately available for a particular project.

SummitEdge does not guarantee the independent acts, omissions, availability, performance, systems, or services of third parties except to the extent expressly assumed under a written agreement or required by applicable law.

Platform + Data Disclaimer.
Digital Services, including The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, and other digital member experiences, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SummitEdge does not guarantee that websites, applications, membership systems, APIs, integrations, digital tools, storage systems, email systems, payment systems, or other technology will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or immune from technical or security issues.
SummitEdge uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet-connected system, cloud service, website, database, transmission method, or authentication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, email account, passwords, verification codes, login credentials, and other access information.

Member Records
Member-Entered Information.
SummitEdge memberships may allow members to provide account information, preferences, responses, educational inputs, communications, or other member information.
Certain SummitEdge Services, including D1 FORGE, also allow users to save private worksheet responses, reflections, reviews, resets, and similar member-entered information.
Users should exercise judgment regarding the information they enter into any digital system.
Do not use The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, or another SummitEdge tool to store passwords, Social Security numbers, cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrases, bank credentials, payment-card numbers, classified information, medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for use of the Service.
In particular, C3 and C3 VAULT members should never provide cryptocurrency private keys, wallet seed phrases, exchange passwords, or similar access credentials to SummitEdge unless a separately authorized Service expressly requires information of that nature.

This includes materials made available through The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, C3, 3P, D1, and other SummitEdge Services.
SummitEdge Group, its divisions and brands, associated marks, logos, taglines, and other proprietary assets may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, or other applicable law.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, republication, resale, commercial exploitation, account sharing, or use of SummitEdge intellectual property is prohibited except where expressly authorized in writing.

Liability
Limitation Of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SummitEdge Group, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.
This includes, without limitation, losses involving:
- Income, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- Data, records, files, or digital information.

- Service interruptions, membership interruptions, or technical failures.

- Inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated information.
- Decisions made using calculators, models, frameworks, projections, research, membership content, or other tools.
Unless a separate written agreement establishes a different limitation for a particular engagement, SummitEdge's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to SummitEdge during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Where a Service is provided without charge, including access through The SummitEdge Club, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where prohibited, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Written Agreements
Contracted Services.
Certain SummitEdge Services are governed by separate proposals, master services agreements, work orders, statements of work, subcontracts, purchase orders, licensing agreements, or other signed agreements.
Where a signed agreement conflicts with this Disclaimer, the signed agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
