Privacy

Your Privacy.

Your use of the Services is also governed by SummitEdge's Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information.

Where a Service involves member accounts, private records, forms, operational data, communications, or other information supplied by you, additional privacy disclosures or contractual terms may also apply.

SummitEdge Ecosystem

Our Services.

SummitEdge operates an integrated group of business, education, leadership, personal development, membership, community, and operational-support capabilities.

• SEG Security & Operational Support may provide security coordination, operational planning, workforce accountability, transportation and logistics support, medical or emergency-support coordination, workforce hospitality, lodging or base-camp support, procurement coordination, consulting, and related operational services.
• The SummitEdge Club is a free SummitEdge membership and community experience that may provide registered members access to selected content, company updates, educational resources, announcements, member communications, and other complimentary benefits made available by SummitEdge.
• C3 Crypto Education & Strategy provides educational content related to digital assets, market structure, risk, strategy, financial literacy, and long-term positioning.
• C3 VAULT is a private paid membership within C3 that may provide member-only digital-asset education, research, market context, strategy frameworks, tools, resources, commentary, and other educational content made available during an active membership.
• 3P Leadership & Performance provides leadership development, organizational development, performance education, consulting, and related programs.
• D1 Identity & Personal Discipline provides education, frameworks, content, and practical tools centered on identity, discipline, accountability, clarity, readiness, execution, personal standards, and long-term development.
• D1 FORGE is a private paid membership experience that may include structured training, Daily content, FORGE Briefs, Challenges, The Standard, private worksheets, reviews, resets, trackers, and other member-only resources.

Some Services are offered directly by SummitEdge. Others may involve qualified subcontractors, strategic partners, independent providers, vendors, or third-party platforms.

Specific client engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, work order, master services agreement, subcontract, purchase order, or other written agreement.

Accounts + Eligibility

Access + Registration.

Certain Services, including The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, digital courses, tools, or other member areas, may require registration, membership, purchase, verification, or creation of an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep information reasonably updated where required.

Unless a Service expressly states otherwise, SummitEdge digital Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, verification codes, account credentials, and other authentication information.

Member access is personal to the registered user unless SummitEdge expressly authorizes organizational, household, team, or group access.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account except where caused by SummitEdge's own failure to comply with applicable law.

Communications

Communications.

By creating an account, joining The SummitEdge Club, purchasing or joining C3 VAULT or D1 FORGE, purchasing another Service, entering into an engagement, submitting a form, or registering for a SummitEdge program, you may receive communications necessary to provide or administer that Service.

These may include transactional, administrative, educational, operational, security, onboarding, membership, billing, verification, scheduling, support, or account-related communications.

Where permitted and where any required consent has been provided, SummitEdge may also send promotional email, SMS, or other marketing communications.

You may opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided. Transactional or operational communications may continue where necessary to administer an active account, membership, contract, purchase, or Service.

Education

Educational Use.

Educational content provided through SummitEdge, The SummitEdge Club, C3, C3 VAULT, 3P, D1, or D1 FORGE is provided for informational and educational purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

SummitEdge does not provide through general educational content:

• Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
• Legal services or legal advice.
• Broker-dealer, securities brokerage, investment-advisory, insurance, or CPA services.
• Medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other licensed healthcare services through D1 or D1 FORGE educational content.

C3 and C3 VAULT content does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any particular digital asset, security, investment, or financial product.

You remain responsible for your own decisions. Consult appropriately qualified professionals before acting on information requiring professional financial, tax, legal, medical, psychological, or other licensed advice.

Operational Support

Field + Client Services.

Certain SummitEdge Services involve operational, security, transportation, medical-support, hospitality, workforce-support, logistics, consulting, or other field-based services.

The precise scope, staffing, schedule, responsibilities, pricing, insurance requirements, client obligations, subcontractor responsibilities, operational authority, and limitations for those engagements will be defined by the applicable proposal, contract, work order, statement of work, or other written agreement.

SummitEdge may use qualified independent contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and strategic partners in delivering portions of an engagement. Where applicable, those providers remain responsible for licenses, certifications, insurance, equipment, personnel, and obligations assigned to them under their agreements.

Nothing on the SummitEdge website constitutes a guarantee that any particular operational service, staffing resource, emergency capability, vehicle, lodging asset, medical capability, security capability, or other resource will be available for a particular engagement until confirmed under an applicable written agreement.

Acceptable Use

Limitations On Use.

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Share, sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, other memberships, accounts, credentials, member-only content, paid content, or verification codes.
• Reproduce, scrape, redistribute, republish, resell, license, or commercially exploit SummitEdge content without written authorization.
• Attempt to bypass membership restrictions, authentication systems, security controls, access limitations, or technical safeguards.
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, security, or proper functioning of SummitEdge websites, systems, applications, or Services.
• Use SummitEdge materials to create, train, populate, or materially reproduce a competing commercial program, membership, content library, database, or product without written permission.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and may result in additional remedies available under law or contract.

User Content

Submissions + Private Content.

If you intentionally provide SummitEdge with a testimonial, review, photograph, video, message, case study, or other material for public, promotional, testimonial, or operational use, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

Where material is intentionally submitted for publication, testimonial, promotional, or other agreed use, you grant SummitEdge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that material for the purpose for which it was submitted.

If another SummitEdge membership or digital Service later provides a private member-input feature, information designated and maintained as private within that feature will not be treated as a testimonial or promotional submission merely because it was entered into that Service.

You remain responsible for information you submit. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment-card numbers, cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrases, medical records, classified information, or other highly sensitive information unless SummitEdge specifically requests that information through an authorized process.

Memberships

SummitEdge Memberships.

SummitEdge may offer both free and paid membership experiences. Membership benefits, content, features, access requirements, availability, and eligibility may vary by program.

The SummitEdge Club

The SummitEdge Club is a free SummitEdge membership and community experience. It may provide access to selected educational content, articles, company updates, announcements, resources, communications, and other complimentary benefits selected by SummitEdge.

No recurring membership fee is charged solely for participation in The SummitEdge Club unless a separate paid product, Service, membership, or upgrade is expressly selected by the member.

SummitEdge may add, remove, revise, reorganize, or discontinue complimentary Club benefits or features as the program develops.

C3 VAULT

C3 VAULT is a private paid membership within C3 Crypto Education & Strategy. It may provide member-only digital-asset education, market context, research, commentary, strategy frameworks, tools, resources, educational materials, and additional member content released during an active membership.

C3 VAULT is educational in nature. Membership does not create a fiduciary, investment-advisory, brokerage, tax, legal, or financial-planning relationship with SummitEdge.

D1 FORGE

D1 FORGE is a private paid membership within D1 Identity & Personal Discipline.

FORGE may provide access to structured training, Daily content, FORGE Briefs, Challenges, The Standard, private worksheets, resets, reviews, trackers, digital tools, member-only resources, and additional content released during an active membership.

Certain private FORGE features may require additional email verification or authentication before private member records can be accessed.

Membership Changes + Access

SummitEdge may add, update, replace, reorganize, or retire specific membership content, features, tools, resources, or delivery methods as its programs evolve.

Membership access is personal to the registered member and may not be shared unless SummitEdge expressly authorizes organizational, group, household, or other shared access.

Access to paid membership content generally requires an active paid membership. Access to free membership content may require continued registration or an active member account.

Billing

Payments + Subscriptions.

Certain Services, including paid memberships such as C3 VAULT and D1 FORGE, may be offered through one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, memberships, retainers, deposits, project billing, invoices, or other payment arrangements.

The SummitEdge Club is currently offered as a free membership. Joining the Club does not by itself create a recurring subscription charge.

The price, billing interval, payment schedule, taxes, deposits, cancellation terms, and any Service-specific conditions presented at checkout or contained in a separate agreement apply to that transaction.

Recurring Subscriptions

Paid subscription and membership plans may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the then-current paid billing period.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed, and partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future renewal. Any eligibility for a refund, partial refund, credit, or other adjustment will be determined by the refund terms presented at purchase, any applicable written agreement, applicable law, and SummitEdge's then-current refund policy.

Operational + Contract Services

Deposits, mobilization payments, retainers, monthly advance payments, cancellation charges, non-refundable costs, reimbursable expenses, subcontractor costs, and other commercial terms for client engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, work order, statement of work, or contract.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, downloadable products, templates, calculators, digital resources, and substantially accessed or used course materials are non-refundable.

SummitEdge may change pricing for future purchases or future subscription billing periods. Where required, advance notice will be provided before a changed recurring price takes effect.

Third Parties

Providers + Partners.

SummitEdge may use third-party providers, subcontractors, vendors, platforms, software, infrastructure, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, cloud services, communications systems, or strategic partners to support or deliver Services.

These may include services such as Squarespace, payment processors, Google services, Cloudflare, email platforms, social media platforms, and other technology or business providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SummitEdge does not control independent third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except to the extent required by law or an applicable written agreement.

Ownership

Intellectual Property.

SummitEdge content, written materials, training, educational frameworks, operational frameworks, digital tools, software interfaces, worksheets, calculators, designs, graphics, photography, video, logos, brand names, trademarks, course structures, membership content, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to SummitEdge Group, LLC unless otherwise identified.

This includes materials provided through The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, C3, 3P, D1, and other SummitEdge Services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SummitEdge intellectual property to you.

Authorized customers and members receive only the limited right to use the applicable materials for the purpose for which they were provided.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, repurpose, or create derivative commercial products from SummitEdge materials without prior written authorization.

Results

No Outcome Guarantees.

SummitEdge does not guarantee investment returns, income, business results, leadership outcomes, personal-development results, employment results, operational outcomes, security outcomes, performance results, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result unless an express written contractual obligation states otherwise.

Membership in The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, or another SummitEdge program does not guarantee a particular result or outcome.

Results depend on circumstances beyond SummitEdge's control as well as decisions, preparation, conditions, participation, execution, judgment, third parties, and other factors.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, historical results, scenarios, forecasts, estimates, and educational models are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance or outcomes.

Availability

Service Availability.

Digital Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SummitEdge does not guarantee uninterrupted website or membership access, continuous availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of any particular feature, or that digital information will always be complete, current, or free from technical errors.

Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, infrastructure changes, security events, platform limitations, third-party failures, or other circumstances may interrupt access.

Availability obligations for contracted operational services are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Liability

Limitation Of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SummitEdge Group, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to:

• Reliance on educational or informational content.
• Service interruptions, delays, or unavailable digital or membership content.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
• Loss of income, profits, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Decisions made using SummitEdge educational content, frameworks, calculators, tools, memberships, or resources.

Unless a separate written agreement establishes a different limitation for a particular engagement, SummitEdge's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to SummitEdge during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For a Service provided without charge, including free access through The SummitEdge Club, applicable limitations of liability remain subject to applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions. Where prohibited, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Suspension + Termination.

SummitEdge may suspend or terminate access to digital Services, including The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, or other member areas, for violations of these Terms, misuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security threats, nonpayment where applicable, unlawful activity, abuse, or conduct that materially harms SummitEdge, its customers, members, systems, partners, or providers.

Contracted client engagements may be terminated only in accordance with the termination provisions contained in the applicable agreement.

Paid subscription customers may cancel eligible subscriptions through available account-management tools or by contacting support@gosummitedge.com.

A member may also request closure of an eligible free member account, including a SummitEdge Club account, subject to applicable retention, administrative, and legal requirements.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including payment obligations already incurred, confidentiality obligations where applicable, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution provisions.

Disputes

Dispute Resolution.

Except where a separate signed agreement provides a different dispute-resolution process, and to the extent enforceable under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

• Claims will be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
• Arbitration will take place in the State of Oregon unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another location or procedure.
• Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator, governing rules, contract, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Oregon

Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless a separate agreement provides otherwise, any dispute not subject to arbitration will, to the extent permitted by law, be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Deschutes County, Oregon.

Updates

Changes To These Terms.

SummitEdge may update these Terms as our Services, technology, memberships, brands, business operations, or legal requirements evolve.

The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Where required by applicable law, SummitEdge will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
