07

Third-Party Providers.

SummitEdge relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of the Services, including websites, member areas, paid subscriptions, free memberships, authentication, communications, and private member tools.

Depending on the Service, these may include providers such as:

08

Payment Information.

Payments for paid Services, including subscriptions or memberships such as C3 VAULT and D1 FORGE, may be processed through third-party commerce platforms or payment processors.

The SummitEdge Club is currently offered as a free membership and does not by itself require a recurring subscription payment.

SummitEdge generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or security codes when payment information is submitted through an authorized payment processor.

We may retain transaction references, purchase history, subscription status, invoice records, amounts paid, refund records, membership status, and other information necessary for accounting, customer service, legal, and business purposes.

09

How Long We Keep Information.

Members of The SummitEdge Club, C3 VAULT, D1 FORGE, or another SummitEdge membership may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information associated with their member account, subject to applicable law and any information SummitEdge is required or permitted to retain.

No website, database, transmission method, cloud platform, or internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials, verification codes, devices, and access to your email account.

13

Operational + Client Data.

SummitEdge may receive business, workforce, site, scheduling, access-control, transportation, logistics, incident, or other operational information while supporting client engagements.

Such information may be subject to separate contractual requirements, confidentiality provisions, client policies, regulatory obligations, or security requirements.

Where a written client agreement contains specific privacy, confidentiality, security, data-handling, or retention obligations, those terms may supplement or control the handling of information related to that engagement.

The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Where required by applicable law, SummitEdge will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Services after an updated Policy becomes effective is subject to the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
